yummy white cake

1 pkg plain white cake mix
1 cup whole milk
8 tbs (one stick) butter, melted
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
oven 350
grease and flour two 9 inch pans,
Place the cake mix, milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in lg bowl and blend with electric mixer on low for 1 min. Increase speed to high and mix for 2 min.
Divide batter evenly into prepared pans and place in oven.
Bake 27-29 min. Cakes should spring back when lightly pressed with your finger.
Remove pans and let cool on wire racks for 10 min. Invert onto racks and let cool completely for 30 min.
This cake can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
