Here are the details: Description: chocolate cake with chocolate filling Theme: Frozen Guest of Honor: Kaidence - 2 year old female Delivery date: June 21, 2018 (12:00 noon) Location: Lafayette Transitional Housing (615 N 18th St, Lafayette IN 47904. LTHC is in the Howarth Center. When you come through the entry way turn right an follow the hallway to the end. There is a door with a sign that says LTHC and a doorbell. Ring the bell 📷🙂
